How can I purchase Samsill products?

Samsill products are available at many fine retailers, including office products stores, mass retailers, wholesale clubs and college bookstores.  If you cannot locate a dealer near you, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.255.1100 or e-mail us at customerservice@samsill.com, and we will be happy to help you locate a dealer in your area.

Can I purchase products directly from Samsill?

It is our policy as a manufacturer to support the retailers who sell our products.  Therefore we do not sell current items directly to consumers.  One exception to this is our close-out store where you will find great bargains on overstock and discontinued merchandise, as well as hard-to-find refills.

How do I know what size ring binder I should buy?

Ring binder sizes indicate the capacity of sheets that a binder will hold.  Sheet capacity is indicated for 20 lb. paper, so the actual number of sheets can vary if you use lighter or heavier paper.  The chart below will help you determine the type and size of binder you need.

Will sheet protectors or indexes fit inside the covers of your binders?  I’ve noticed they hang outside in some brands.

Yes, all Samsill binders are manufactured with lids to cover either a top load sheet protector or index.  Samsill’s patented DXL and Contour binders will hold top load sheet protectors AND oversized indexes without “binder hangover”.

What sizes of paper will your binders hold?

Samsill binders are available to hold 8.5” x 5.5”, 8.5” x 13”, 11” x 17” sheets, in addition to standard letter size 11” x 8.5”.

Do you have a red view binder?

Yes, Samsill’s Value InsertableÔ view binders are now available in red, in addition to white, black, medium blue, and a fashion assortment.

Are your sheet protectors safe for my printed pages and photos?

Yes.  Samsill sheet protectors are manufactured from polypropylene, which is an acid-free, archival safe, recyclable material. 

I can’t find a retailer who carries refill pads for my Samsill card case/memo pad, or my CEO 18 month planner.  Where can I buy these?
