Oversees, monitors, and coordinates the daily department production activities and facilitates departmental workflow giving importance to individual member’s and overall team’s achievement of established goals.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Uphold to high Safety standards of themselves and team members

  • Responsible for upholding 5S expectations throughout the facility

  • Ensure timely and accurate order picking

  • Act as liaison between Warehouse Operations and Materials Managers

  • Responsible for Inventory Accuracy throughout the facility

  • Productivity tracking and management will be of high focus for this position

  • Forklift Certification Required (Training can be provided)

DUTIES

Is responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Production Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Supervisor responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Temperature fluctuates with outdoor temperatures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree

  • Three years of related experience and/or training.

  • Basic computer skills, general office equipment skills, and familiar with and able to operate most if not all the production equipment within area of responsibility and be able to explain its safe operation to others.
