How to Exercise at Work

It is the new year and people are talking about their new goals. Many of these goals included some sort of fitness or health benefit. Have you started your goal, and find yourself a month or two in and it slowly dwindles away? What if you could start your healthy lifestyle while you are working? Who doesn’t love killing two birds with one stone? Plus, there are many reasons why getting your blood flowing at work increases productivity.

One study held by Dr. J.C. Coulson states, “[fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][exercise] makes us more positive and more productive by improving our focus and ability to manage our time and tasks efficiently. It also makes people more cheerful and resilient in the face of stress.” We put together a list of 10 items that can help you along your fitness journey and improve your work life!

  1. An Elliptical

Another benefit to this elliptical is that you can use it either sitting or standing.
