Starting and Finishing Your Goals

Starting your goals in one thing, but actually crossing the finish line is another. It is proven that if you write down your goals that you are 42% more likely to achieve them! So why doesn’t everyone do this? Are we too afraid of failing or is finding a system that works for us difficult to find?

Get away from your smartphone, goal apps and your laptop. Circle back around to a good ole pen and paper method. You will find that you aren’t distracted with text messages or emails.

Start with one goal. Below we created a bullet journal spread to mark in squares to represent each day the goal was achieved. Creating a “reward” system helps you look forward to coloring in the next square or adding a fun sticker.

Next create a list of how you plan on achieving that specific goal. If you have a plan of action there won’t be any hiccups along the way. But if you come across a road block this list will steer you in the right direction. Now get a journal and print off a goal page to get started!

Tell us below in the comments what has helped you achieve your goals!
